I’m Carrie – and I run Contemsa. Set up in 2013, I’ve created enterprise sales playbooks for some of the world’s biggest technology companies (and before that I was working for one of those ‘world’s biggest tech companies’ in Account Management and Reseller Relationship Manager roles), so you could say that I’ve been creating, writing, designing and collating sales playbooks for corporates and startups for over a decade now.
And, I’ve also been working on a whole lot of other stuff in the realms of sales enablement during that time; such as Reseller enablement and training, sales presentation plotting and designing and content writing for technical industries.
I’ve trained businesses on how to present their products and services to customers, and helped teams understand how best to position their solutions to buyers. I’ve created complex whitepapers on a range of topics from cloud computing through to the Industrial Internet of Things.
Whilst I don’t create sales playbooks for companies at the moment (life got way too busy – a farm and a toddler somehow got in the way), I have now instead put all of that knowledge from a decade of delivering playbooks to some of the world’s most successful sales organizations into the sales templates, guides, videos and packs that Contemsa offers today.
