How will I receive my downloadable template pack?
Once you have placed your order, your Template Pack will be emailed to you ready for download. If you pay via PayPal and not using a Credit or Debit card, then your order will be emailed to the email address associated with your PayPal account. You can instead pay with a Credit or Debit card via PayPal’s Guest Checkout option, where it will ask you to enter your email address.
The download link is sent automatically to you in your Order Confirmation email. If you haven’t received your template pack, please check the email address associated with your PayPal account. If you still haven’t received your pack, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay with PayPal?
You can pay via your PayPal account, or via a credit or debit card, by using PayPal’s Guest Checkout option. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase the template pack.
Do I need to have any special software to access the template files?
All files are in Microsoft Word or PDF format – so you don’t need access to any special design tools to edit our templates. The ebook and supporting documents are all in PDF.
